decks of ideas
an internet full of inspirational imagery
And can I find
one thing
one moment
one vision
that makes the dead trees waiting for my touch
yearn like the arching back of passion

I couldn't get desire to flow through the ink
if I slit my wrists with my pen
in sacrifice to the silence within me
to shut the hell up
so I can hear my voice
