Love Lost And Unfortunately Found
High school sweethearts
meet at tenth reunion
then never again
One is gone
the other curious
reaches out to the offspring
And the child tells the tale
of what the lost sweetheart became
the vanity
the ego
the malice
dying
vengeful and alone
A sentimental senior citizen’s
warm high school memories
becomes victim
to the dead’s truth
