Survival Adaptability

 

A new password needed

just to patter with a pal

Lost in a URL forest

you've been through before

because new trees

sprung up with a refresh

The web tangles

the net tightens

and access to the world begins to disappear

with a bit taken here

and a byte taken there

If survival depends

on adapting well to change

my time is crashing

for my hardware

seems to grow too old

for the software

of an always moving hard drive

as my sites grow darker
