Write something write something write something
instead of getting caught up in creating
a life I didn't bother building
a woman I might've been
couldn't be
just doesn't exist
with my latest impossible boy
that never would've met up
with my would've could've should've been girl
If my brain won't keep me bound in the present
let my pen pull me to places past
where I felt alive
even if those places are full
of terror, pain, and regret
and I'll try
with a path of ink
to write my way out
to the possible
