A Pistachio Ice Cream Person

Fresh 

and a little nutty 

Subtle 

and mixes well with others 

Until heated 

Then the color fades 

drains 

and good taste 

gets lost in the boil 

A little 

artificial sweetener 

and color dye 

and all looks good 

and all tastes good 

and that’s all 

that matters
